Cost for the dinner is $79.00 incl. taxes and gratuity (soft drinks and tea included). Please pay using the “Buy Now” button below. This will redirect you to PayPal to complete your payment. Your payment serves as a confirmed reservation. Payments must be received on or before October 12, 2022, or when we reach 60 reservations (whichever comes first), so don’t wait too long to reserve your seat.
IMPORTANT: No requests for cancellations or refunds will be accepted. However, in the event that the conference switches to a fully virtual event, you will receive a refund of your payment minus the PayPal transaction fee.
